## Who Uses trki.mk

Many local and regional organizers use trki.mk to manage registrations and promote their events.

## Payment Methods

1. **Online payment** – via trki.mk’s payment system or your own bank integration (HalkBank, NLB Bank, and CPAY-compatible banks supported).  
2. **Bank transfer** – we display bank transfer instructions to participants if you want this option.  
3. **Invoice** – either automated pro-invoice and invoice generation via e-fakturiranje.mk, or manual invoicing based on email notifications.  
4. **Free registrations** – orders with only free entries are processed at no cost.

## Registration Types

- **Single registration** – each participant fills out a single form; repeat for multiple participants.  
- **Group registration** – interface optimized for registering a larger group of participants at once.  
- **Excel registration** – participants are entered in an event-specific Excel template, ideal for very large groups.

## Required Data to Publish a Race

### Organizer Information

- Organizer name  
- Logo (16:9)  
- Phone number  
- Email  
- Bank account details if accepting bank payments  
- Chosen payment method (your own gateway or trki.mk)  
- If using your own gateway: desired domain (e.g. trka.vashiotsajt.mk), company ID (ЕМБС), tax ID (ЕДБ), address, activity, and name  
- Names and emails of users who need admin panel access for your event

### Each Race or Package

- Race or package title  
- Photo (optional)  
- Participation price (supports different prices over different periods)  
- Registration end date  
- T-shirt add-on (paid/ included / deadline for selection)  
- Registration fields to collect (including T-shirt sizes if applicable)  
- What the start package includes (optional)  
- Start number range (e.g. 1–1000, non-overlapping between races)  
- Any additional information you want displayed

## Pricing

- Standard fee: **4%** of the total registration amount or at least **3000 MKD**.  
- If you use our payment system, an additional **2.3%** fee is charged, which we pay to **HalkBank**.  
- A single invoice is issued for the total fee.

If your event’s total registration amount exceeds 1,000,000 MKD, contact us for a custom offer.

### Partner Services and Discounts

- **moments.mk** – platform for participants to download event photos; also prepares start number PDFs.  
- **e-fakturiranje.mk** – platform for creating pro-invoices and invoices.

With trki.mk you get both moments.mk and e-fakturiranje.mk with **50% discount** on their regular prices:

- moments.mk: from ~~30 MKD~~ to **15 MKD** per participant  
- e-fakturiranje.mk: from ~~12,300 MKD~~ to **6,150 MKD** per year

## Agreement

If you choose trki.mk as your registration platform, we sign a **business mediation agreement**.

## How to Submit a Race

1. Fill out the contact form with details about your race (title, email, phone, message).  
2. A team member will review your request and follow up.  
3. We will guide you through providing all event and payment details and publishing your race.
